A Real Time Operation Status Monitor System Methodology ---Reference Six Sigma, BPM, ITSM and PDCA

 

1、Six Sigma ——Define -> Measure -> Analyze -> Improve -> Control

2、ITSM(ITIL)——Incident Management、Problem Management、Change Management、Release Management

3、PDCA——Management closed loop、Continuous improvement

Main Steps:

 

1-The whole operation process includes a lot of activities. All activities be classified according their business value after business impact analysis.

2-Choice some key actives which influent cost, quality or risk and marked them with KPI and KQI Standard.

3-Monitor System captures status data from these key actives automatically, and compare them with KPI and KQI standards.

If the actives state is far from the standard, the system will warning ,will alarm.

4-The manager will resolve this problem SASP. The purpose for event management is to resolve problem immediately and the purpose for problems management is to find the root cause and find a solution to get rid of it and be sure the problem don't happened any more.

5-After that, Change the standards and increase the level. finally release this new standards to support operation. So the whole operation process be improved.
